    No. It is a treatment that naturally straightens hair with a base of keratin.

  2. Is it possible to do the treatment over relaxed hair?

    Yes. The treatment may be done over any hair previously relaxed.

  3. Is it possible to do the treatment on hair previously chemically treated?

    Yes. The treatment can be done over any chemical.

  4. Is it possible to do the treatment over other straightening treatments?

    Yes. The treatment can be done over any kind of straightening previously done.

  5. Should hair be cut before or after the treatment?

    It is recommended to cut the hair afterwards, so this way dead ends can be trimmed at the end of the treatment.

  6. Is it possible to do the treatment after coloring?

    Yes. we recommend doing the treatment only after you color your hair for better results.

  7. Is it possible to color hair after the treatment?

    Yes. It is recommended to do so two weeks after you have done the treatment.

  8. Is it possible to color hair and do the treatment?

    Yes. It is recommended that the hair be colored first.

  9. Is it possible to do the treatment on highlighted hair?

    Yes. The treatment can be done right after getting highlights.

  10. When can I wash the hair after the treatment?

    Four whole days after you have done the treatment.

  11. What shampoo can possibly be used after doing the treatment?

    Shampoo that does not contain sodium chloride.

  12. What should be done if hair gets wet during the first four days?

    Blow dry the hair immediately.

  13. Is it possible to use any gel, hair-spray, mousse, or any other hair products on the hair during the four day period?

    No, it is not possible.

  14. What should be done if any ridges were to appear in the hair during sleep?

    To straighten out the ridge in the hair, use either a flat iron or a blow dryer.

  15. Is it possible to wear a ponytail or tie the hair?

    After four days from doing the treatment.

  16. Is it possible to go into the ocean or pool after the treatment?

    Yes.

  17. Is it possible to do on virgin hair?

    Yes. However, the treatment will not last as long as hair previously chemically treated.

  18. How long will the treatment stay on my hair?

    Two months on virgin hair, on any other type of hair three - four months.

  19. Is it possible to do the treatment in pregnancy or while nursing?

    The FDA does not recommend it.

  20. Is it possible for an infant to be present while the treatment is underway?

    No. The child may become irritated by the smell.

  21. Is it possible to do the treatment on children, and if so, what ages?

    Yes. It is recommended for children ages 14 or older.

  22. Is it required to do touch ups on the next visit or the whole head?

    The whole head.
